Returns

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase from Cosy Organic. However if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing info@cosyorganic.com explaining your query and quoting the order number in the subject field. We will then confirm your return request and advise you what will happen next. 

All items should be returned unworn, in perfect condition and unwashed with all tags attached and in the original packaging.


In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.


Return charges are the customer's responsibility and we recommend you return using a secure postal method with proof of postage, as we are unable to exchange or refund items not received.


Personalised items are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty.

Cancellations
 

If you want to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@cosyorganic.com

If the order is cancelled before it ships and we have already charged your card, then we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction.

If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge.

In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back at our studio. At this point we will notify you by email of the charges to be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Please note that Cosy Organic do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
